Mary Winter is the current Chief Financial Officer at EOS Investors. Mary has over fifteen years of experience in accounting and finance, including positions as Vice President - Fund Controller at Ares Management and Accounting and Tax Manager at Robert Rimberg & Associates LLC.

Mary began their career as a Junior Accountant at Olsten Corporation before moving to Rosenberg, Neuwirth and Kuchner, LLP as a Staff Accountant. Mary then spent two and a half years as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers before taking on the role of Assistant Controller at Interpacket Networks. After seven years at Robert Rimberg & Associates LLC, Mary became the Chief Accounting Officer-Metropolitan Real Estate at The Carlyle Group. In this role, they were responsible for the fund of funds business segment.

Mary has been with EOS Investors LLC since 2019 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they are responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including investor reporting, due diligence, and valuations.

Mary Winter received their BBA in accounting from Hofstra University in 1994. Mary was involved in rugby and other activities while at Hofstra. After graduation, they became a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
