Declan Kelly has work experience as a Medical Doctor at the NHS from August 2015 to February 2020. Declan is currently the Founder and CEO of Eolas Medical, a position they have held since January 2019.

Declan Kelly attended Queen's University Belfast from 2009 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in the field of Medicine. Additionally, from 2011 to 2012, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Anatomy at the same institution.
