Isla Leilani Young is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and workforce development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & People Operations at EO Solutions, Isla leads initiatives in a premier aerospace and defense contracting firm. Previously, Isla held the position of Digital Equity Program Director at the Nevada Governor's Office of Science, Innovation and Technology, focusing on expanding high-speed internet access across Nevada. As Executive Director at the Nevada Governor's Office of Workforce Innovation, Isla fostered collaboration among various stakeholders to enhance workforce development. Additionally, Isla directed STEM education and workforce development initiatives at the Maui Economic Development Board, impacting thousands of students and educators annually. Isla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from UH Maui College.
