Tina Camper is a seasoned small business owner, operating the Virginia Creeper Trail Bike Shop, LLC and Damascus Shuttle Shack since 2002 and 2011, respectively, both offering bicycle rentals and shuttle services. As of January 2024, Tina serves as the Finance Director at EO, responsible for leading a finance team and managing business planning and budgeting procedures. Previously, Tina held several key positions at the United Way of Southwest Virginia from May 2002 to July 2023, including Finance Manager, Director of Administration, and Director of Finance, overseeing financial activities and community initiatives. Tina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Liberty University and an Associate degree in Business, Accounting, and Office Technology from Virginia Highlands Community College.
