Lakpa Sherpa is a mechanical engineer with a strong background in design and engineering roles within the technology sector. As the founder and engineer at Stealth Startup focusing on climate and energy tech since February 2024, Lakpa leverages extensive experience gained at Enzinc as a Battery/Cell Manufacturing Engineer and H-Square Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities included mechanical design, CAD drawing production, and assembly procedures. Previous work includes a senior capstone project on suspension components, internships at Plenty® and Terzo Power Systems focused on testing and automation, and a foundational role as a Test Engineering Intern at BamCore. Lakpa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate's degree from Santa Rosa Junior College, along with a diverse history of customer service and technical support roles.
