Michael Stadler has extensive experience in the energy and defense sectors, currently serving as a Shift Engineer at Enwave Energy Corporation since August 2012, managing operations at a district energy plant in Windsor. Concurrently, Michael serves as a Departmental Head in the naval reserves since June 1989. Previous roles include a Temporary Thermal Operator at Ontario Power Generation, Field Operator at Brighton Beach Power, and Facility Manager for a Naval Reserve Unit. Michael began a career in electrical work at Ford Motor Company, where an apprenticeship culminated in a 309A Construction/Maintenance Electrical License with Red Seal Approval. Educational credentials include an Honours Genetics degree from Western University and an Associate Degree in Science with a focus on Respiratory Therapy from Henry Ford College.
