Tom Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Tom started as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Plan-Art in 2007, where they developed sales and marketing strategies for affordable art and public art projects. In 2008, they joined DVP (LiveWire) as an Account & Asset Management specialist, working on anti-counterfeiting solutions for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals. Tom then became self-employed as a Freelance Videographer in 2011, before joining ENVY Post Production in 2013. At ENVY, they progressed from Head Runner to Client Services Manager, responsible for creating solutions for client issues, organizing events, and overseeing staff and media material deliveries. Eventually, they became Head of Client Services, and their role included handling client meetings, supervising multiple ENVY locations, and collaborating with HR on performance management.
Tom Morgan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from the University of Essex, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Foundation degree in Editing & Post Production: Industry Practice at Ravensbourne University London from 2012 to 2013.
