Marina Lee is a seasoned educator and leader with extensive experience in promoting cultural competency and global citizenship. As the Founder and President of Cogita Education Initiatives since 2010, Marina has developed programs to enhance student support and redefine success in educational settings. Marina is also a co-founder of Envoys, specializing in experiential learning programs, and the Let's Talk Conference, focusing on Asian American student success. In addition, Marina has served as a guest speaker at prestigious educational symposiums and held leadership roles within the IECA. Marina's recent publication, "Culturally Responsive Conversations: Connecting With Your Diverse School Community," reflects a commitment to fostering meaningful dialogues within diverse educational environments. Marina holds a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in Natural Sciences from Fordham University.
