Virgil Garcia is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in corporate HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Envoy Mortgage since March 2009, Virgil has previously held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at Aztec Facility Services, where responsibilities included managing HR for national contracts with major clients such as Exxon Mobil and Conoco Phillips. Earlier in career, Virgil was the Director of Human Resources for Carlson, overseeing the pre-opening of the Radisson Resort Hill Country in San Antonio, Texas. Educationally, Virgil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, earned from 1977 to 1983.
