Leslie Hannan is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Since April 2016, Leslie has held the position of Northeast Divisional Operations Manager at Envoy Mortgage. Prior to this role, Leslie worked at Total Mortgage Services, LLC from May 1998 to April 2016, serving as Operations Manager, Wholesale Production Manager, and Retail Processing Manager. In these roles, Leslie managed various teams, including the Wholesale setup team and Account Managers, while overseeing compliance issues and ensuring that pipeline management, contingency dates, closing dates, and rate lock dates were consistently met. Education was completed at Bunnell High School from 1984 to 1987.
