Kayla Caro, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Kayla is currently working at Envolve Health as the Senior Director of Strategic Business Operations, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Medicare Strategic Business Operations & Compliance at Envolve Health from October 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Envolve Health, Kayla worked at Fidelis Care as the Senior Director of Operations for Medicare from September 2019 to October 2021. Prior to Fidelis Care, they were employed by CDPHP, where they held the position of Medicare Operations Manager from May 2016 to September 2019. Before that, they served as a Business Analyst at CDPHP from March 2014 to May 2016.

Additionally, Kayla gained experience working at the NYS Department of Health as a Project Assistant (Business Analyst) from September 2013 to March 2014. Kayla'scareer began at CSC, where they worked as a Business Analyst from August 2009 to September 2013.

Kayla Caro, MBA, completed a Project Management Certificate program at Cornell University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The College of Saint Rose between 2013 and 2015, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Kayla also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University at Albany, SUNY, which they received in the period of 2005 to 2009.
