Michael Krakaur serves as a Senior IT Governance Analyst at Enviva since May 2021, where leadership in Information Technology has facilitated two annual Sarbanes-Oxley audits and collaboration with Internal Audit to enhance focus on Key Risks and Controls. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Information Technology Analyst for Information Security at Fannie Mae from September 2012 to July 2020, executing risk management activities to identify controls maturity and gaps. At Aggregate Industries Management, Inc., from February 2006 to April 2012, Michael held several positions including IT Security Officer, overseeing enterprise security management and leading the implementation of a global Information Security Management System. Michael also served as an IT Administrative Manager and IT Senior Project Manager, ensuring effective project delivery and systematic evaluation of risk management and governance processes. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
