Scott Condes is an experienced program manager currently with Heritage Interactive Services since July 2018, focusing on sustainability and waste diversion to reduce carbon footprints. Previously, Scott served as a program coordinator at Heritage Interactive, contributing to sustainable solutions for industry by-products. From February 2015 to May 2018, Scott worked as an account administrator and behavioral health professional at Circle City Clubhouse, supporting individuals affected by mental illness in their community reintegration. Earlier roles include management positions at The Salvation Army and CVS Pharmacy, where responsibilities included fundraising, employment placement, and overseeing retail operations. Scott also has a background in insurance claims management from the Braman Agency. Educationally, Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Evangelism - International Studies from Moody Bible Institute and has studied Marketing & Finance at Purdue University Northwest.
