Troy Frasier has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Troy began their career in 2006 as a Business Advisor and Project Manager with the Peace Corps, where they organized farmers into an association, managed a successful tree nursery, secured funding for water systems, and conducted workshops on various topics. From 2009 to 2010, Troy worked as a Collection Supervisor at National Bankers Trust, overseeing a team of collectors and implementing performance metrics. Troy then served as an Executive Director at Gabriel's Place from 2011 to 2012, before transitioning to the role of Community Development at the same organization. In 2013, they became a Community Planner at Dearborn County Planning and Zoning, where they worked until 2014. Troy then joined the Memphis and Shelby County Office of Planning and Development as a Principal Planner, a role they held until 2015. Currently, they are an Account Director at enVista, joining the company in 2015.
Troy Frasier completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a focus on Tourism and Regional Planning at Ball State University from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Urban Planning, from 2010 to 2012.
