Robert Cuthbertson has a strong background in sales and management, with experience working in various industries. Robert is currently the Director of Sales at enVista, a position they have held since March 2020.

Prior to Target, Robert was the Senior Category Manager at ShurTech Brands, LLC from September 2009 to October 2011. In this role, they led the product marketing program for the Duck Brand duct tape product category, developing advertising campaigns, media materials, and analyzing sales data and market research.
From July 2004 to March 2009, Robert worked at LakeWest Group. Initially, they were a Senior Consultant from July 2004 to August 2007, specializing in strategy, operations, process design, and retail technology selections. Robert was then promoted to Manager, overseeing projects in business strategy, operations, and process improvement.
At the start of their career, Robert was a Merchant at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from July 2000 to June 2004. Robert was part of the initial merchandising team that contributed to the rapid growth of Hollister, increasing average store sales dollars by 7% and playing a vital role in achieving over $500 million in sales.
From 1996 to 2000, Robert Cuthbertson attended Duke University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science.
