Phil Rounds has a strong background in operations strategy and consulting. Phil is currently working as the Manager of Operations Strategy at enVista since March 2022. Prior to this, Phil held roles at Blue Horseshoe, Part of Accenture, where they worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant from January 2022 to March 2022, and as a Strategy Consultant from September 2020 to December 2021. Phil also gained experience at XPO Logistics, Inc. where they worked as a Senior IT Solution Consultant from July 2017 to September 2020, as an Industrial Engineer II from June 2016 to July 2017, and as an Industrial Engineer from July 2014 to June 2016.

Phil Rounds attended the University of Central Florida from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
