Elizabeth Seger

Senior Consultant - Operations Strategy at enVista

Elizabeth Seger started their work experience in 2014 as a Counter Staff at Dairy Queen, where they worked until 2020. In 2018, they also worked as Front Desk Staff at Graduate Hotels for a year. In 2020, they interned as a Materials Intern at Kimball Electronics, where they gained experience in logistics and improved their communication and project management skills. Elizabeth also had an internship at Kimball Electronics Headquarters in 2020-2021 as a Product Compliance College Intern, where they gained hands-on experience in product regulatory compliance and developed skills in organization, project management, and process improvement. From 2017 to 2021, Elizabeth served as an Advocate for Community Engagement at the WonderLab Museum of Science through the Jesse H. and Beulah Chanley Cox Scholars Program. In this role, they communicated with staff and students, managed service learning students, recruited volunteers, and tracked their hours. Currently, they are working at enVista since 2021 as an Associate Consultant and later a Consultant in Operations Strategy.

Elizabeth Seger attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Operations Management, Marketing, and International Business. During their time at Indiana University, they obtained additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Kelley School of Business in November 2020 and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in December 2021.
