James Mermigas is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical leadership and management. Since June 2022, James has served as the Senior Vice President and Regional Chief Clinical Officer at Envision Healthcare. Prior to this role, James held multiple positions at Envision Physician Services from 2011, including Vice President for Advanced Practice Providers and Regional Medical Director, focusing on the oversight of anesthesia services at Logan Regional Medical Center and Three Rivers Endoscopy Center. James also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Western Pennsylvania Anesthesia Associates from 1996 to 2015 and worked as the Regional Practice Director at Sheridan Healthcorp from 2005 to 2011.
