Tyler Dixon has worked in various roles since 2009. Tyler began their career as the Director of Operations at New Panda, where they created and developed techniques for a relational real estate and marketing database. In 2012, they moved to Humana as a Workforce Management Analyst, where they analyzed and forecasted Medicare Call Center. From 2014-2021, they worked at injixo as a Sales and Workforce Management, prospecting potential new business and opportunities. In 2021, they joined Call Design North America as a Sales and Partner Manager, providing white glove service for the discovery, decision and execution of workforce and quality software. Tyler also joined Playvox as an Account Executive. Currently, Tyler is a Channel and Business Development Manager at Envision.
Tyler Dixon holds a Master's degree in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the same institution.
