Nicole "Nicki" Caldwell has an extensive career in healthcare, currently serving as an Intake Coordinator at Dignity Home Health and Hospice since September 2020 and at OneCare Home Health and Hospice since April 2018. In addition, Nicole has held the position of Intake Coordinator at Envision Home Health and Hospice since May 2015 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at the same organization. Prior to this, Nicole served as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Caregiver Support Network Nonprofit Foundation from February 2007 to April 2015. Nicole holds a CNA degree from Davis Technical College and has further education from Salt Lake Community College and Stacey's.
