Marianne Pattison is an experienced professional in recruitment and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Resourcing & Marketing at Envision Education since April 2024. In this role, Marianne leads a team of six candidate consultants and oversees the marketing department, fostering collaboration across divisions to enhance school recruitment efforts. Prior to this position, Marianne held various roles including Recruitment Marketing Manager at Vision Teaching and New Partnerships Manager at Shelter UK. With a strong background in recruitment, Marianne also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at TPP Recruitment and Connaught Education.
