Kyle Lancaster is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the building products and polymer film industries. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Envision Building Products since September 2019, Kyle is responsible for driving the growth of Envision Decking, Evergrain Decking, and TamRail Railing across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Prior roles include Exterior Business Unit Manager at O'Sullivan Films, where strategic market development was a focus, and extensive positions at Trex Company, including Director of Technical Services and Director of Research and Development, where Kyle led the creation of innovative products such as Trex Transcend and Trex Hidden Fastener.
