Heather Lee is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Envisio since June 2022, with prior experience as a Customer Success Manager at ReCollect Systems Inc. from June 2019 to June 2022. Previously, Heather held various positions at Call2Recycle, Inc., including Western Canadian Account Manager, where expertise in optimizing battery recycling success was demonstrated through advising municipalities, retailers, and waste haulers. Responsibilities also included performance management reporting and coordinating public outreach events. Earlier roles encompassed being an Account Coordinator, where support was provided to regional managers, and an Administrative Assistant. Heather holds a Bachelor with Honours in Environmental Studies from York University, obtained in 2011.
