Stephanie Luque

Co-Founder, Chief Government Relations Officer at EnviroSpark

Stephanie co-founded EnviroSpark Energy Solutions with her husband Aaron in 2014, and serves on the Board of Directors. Most recently Stephanie launched the Government Division of the company where she leads EnviroSpark’s Government procurement/grant writing efforts, as well as coordination with federal and state government partners. Through these efforts, Stephanie led the company to secure a federal contract in 2022, making EnviroSpark one of only ten vendors selected to participate in a multiyear, $500 million dollar GSA allocation for the electrification of the Federal Fleet across the southeast USA. Prior to EnviroSpark, Stephanie served as a Supervisory Survey Statistician for the US Department of Commerce in Atlanta, GA, and served in the political sector for the US Department of State in the United States Embassy in San Jose, Costa Rica. Stephanie graduated from Georgia Tech with a Master of Science degree in Public Policy, a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs and Modern Language from Georgia Tech, and an A.S degree in Mathematics from the College of Coastal Georgia.
