James is an environmental engineer and hydrologist with expertise in water quality, flood management, climate change analysis, and hydraulic and hydrologic modeling. With a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, James has experience working on water treatment projects, both in internships and as an engineer. Currently, James is also a faculty lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, co-teaching a course on Hydrology for Planners.
