Charlie Keegan has extensive experience in environmental response and project management, currently serving as Response Manager at Environmental Restoration LLC since July 2017. Prior roles include PM/RM at NorthStar Federal Services from November 2014 to July 2017, and PM/RM at WRScompass from August 2007 to October 2014. Charlie served 32 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, reaching the position of Senior Chief before transitioning to roles at ETI & Earth Tech as RM from 1993 to 2007, and as a Field Service professional at EAG from 1989 to 1992.
