Oscar Martinez has been working as a Plant Operator at Environmental Development Partners since March 2015. Prior to this, Oscar held the same position at Fort Bend MUD #25 from January 2008 to March 2015. Oscar also has experience as a Supervisor at UPS, where Oscar supervised a package loading crew. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Houston.
