Filieau Jean has extensive experience in customer service and chemical management, currently serving as a CS Administrator at Environment One Corporation since October 2004. In this role, Filieau facilitates various processes within the Utilities Systems Business, including customer inquiries, orders, and after-sale support, while ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer needs. Prior experience includes working as a Chemical Management Supervisor at Chemcept from September 1999 to October 2003, overseeing production technicians and managing a stockroom of over 15,000 chemicals while handling a significant purchasing budget. Filieau holds an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Pharmacy Studies from Fulton-Montgomery Community College and a Bachelor's degree from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College.
