Clifton Scarborough is an experienced sports and management professional with a diverse background in coaching and operations. Currently serving as the Assistant Track and Field Coach at Southern Lee High School since January 2023 and as the Assistant Cross Country Coach at Central Carolina Community College since April 2018, Clifton combines athletic coaching with a robust managerial role as Area Manager at Environment Control Building Maintenance since September 2022. Additional experience includes working as a Delivery Driver for Teal Logistic and as DSC for Residential Services, Inc. since 2014, along with previous positions as Area Supervisor at System 1, Inc. and Assistant XC/Track and Field Coach at Durham School of the Arts. Clifton holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science from North Carolina Central University and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach by USTFCCCA.
