Catherine Ince has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Catherine started their career at Rapier in 1988 and held various account management positions, including Client Partner/New Business Director and Client Services Director/Head of Account Management. In these roles, they worked on large-scale, multi-channel service brand accounts and helped shift the agency's focus to a fully integrated offering. Catherine was also involved in expanding the agency's services to include consulting.

After leaving Rapier, Catherine launched their own business called Mooch in 2008, catering to consumers looking for contemporary and design-led furniture, home ware, and gifts. Catherine successfully operated two bricks and mortar stores and two e-commerce sites, filling a gap in the local market.

In 2011, Catherine joined Proximity Canada as the Vice President CRM Director, where they led the CRM team and the RBC Cards cross-functional team. Catherine developed integrated communication strategies and campaigns, increasing campaign effectiveness and profitability. Catherine also represented the agency for the global launch of Blackberry Q10/Z10.

In 2013, Catherine moved to MacLaren McCann as the VP Director of Client Service. Catherine pitched, won, and led a strategic and creative solution aimed at decreasing residential electricity usage in New Brunswick. Their solution included various elements such as partnership establishment, sub-brand creation, segmentation, customer journey mapping, and communications strategy development.

Finally, in 2016, Catherine joined Environics Analytics, where they held several roles including Consultant Strategy and Operations, SVP Finance and Admin, and SVP Client Services and Sales Enablement. Currently, they serve as the SVP Corporate Services.
