Lesley Bays serves as the Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Enviro-Master Services ® since April 2024, following a role in the same capacity at Bear Group from August 2023 to April 2024. Prior experience includes Director of Accounting & Business Process Management at New Market Waste Solutions from February 2021 until its acquisition by Waste Harmonics in January 2023. Lesley also held the position of Senior Director of Finance and Accounting at SentryOne from December 2017 to February 2021, where the company was acquired by Solarwinds (SWI) in October 2020. Additional roles include Director of Accounting, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer at various organizations, including Ballantyne Country Club and Rock Barn Country Club and Spa. Lesley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
