Elaine Holwell is a seasoned Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in technical documentation and customer support. Currently employed at Enverus since August 2019, Elaine previously held senior writing positions at DataGenic (now part of Drillinginfo) from April 2016 to January 2019, and SunGard (now part of FIS) from February 2000 to March 2016, where responsibilities included focusing on MarketMap Energy analytics software. Elaine began their career at Saladin/FAME Energy as Client Services Manager, successfully establishing the Help Desk and Customer Support department while managing a cross-functional team. Elaine holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from The Open University, completed between 1986 and 1992.
