Brigitte van Miltenburg has extensive experience in the field of child care and education, currently serving as an Ambulant Hulpverlener at Enver since February 2015. As the owner of BASTA Trainingen since April 2004, Brigitte specializes in training and coaching within the child care sector, offering various programs including Gordon communication training and preschool initiatives. Previous roles include Manager of Quality and Business Operations at Saartje Kinderopvang, where responsibilities involved overseeing multiple BSO locations and coaching managers, and Operational Manager at DOENJA Kinderopvang, focusing on establishing child care facilities. Also contributed as Location Manager at Harlekijn Kinderopvang Utrecht, leading teams and operations. Brigitte holds a degree in Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has pursued further training in coaching and instructional methodologies.
