Tim Pfeifer’s expertise is in systems administration and global software support. He most recently spent nine years with the Department of Defense as an analyst, a software developer, and a software and systems engineer. Tim started his career as a technical services engineer with Epic Systems, a leader in the electronic medical records industry. He holds a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics, Engineering, and Physics, both from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
