Bita Crosby is an experienced engineering manager currently working at Envato since November 2021. Prior to this role, Bita held the position of Development Team Lead at Xero from February 2020 to November 2021 and at MYOB from January 2016 to November 2019. Bita's software engineering career began at Internode as a Software Engineer from July 2010 to February 2013, followed by a similar role at iiNet from September 2013 to December 2015. Bita's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from the University of Adelaide (2006-2009) and currently pursuing a Certificate in Contemporary Analytical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute from July 2023 to July 2024.
