Lalit Mohan Chandra Bhatt has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles. Lalit Mohan Chandra began their career in 1996 as a Development Engineer at Ingersoll Rand Wadco (currently Ingersoll Rand), where they automated drawing generation using C/Autolisp in AutoCAD and designed and developed new products. In 2000, they joined UGS (currently Siemens PLM Software) as a Development Manager Associate, where they led the development team of a web-based sourcing product. In 2006, they moved to T-Systems as a Senior Consultant and led the offshore development team of a digital media management application. In 2007, they founded Crayom Engineering Services, where they were responsible for the technical direction of the company and built solutions on open source technologies. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Development Manager at Enlighted Inc, a Siemens Company - GTC. In 2015, they joined Entytle, Inc. as the CTO & India Head, where they drove aftermarket and services revenue using AI and analytics using an installed base platform. In 2018, they joined Fourier Technologies as a Managing Partner, where they are building something interesting. Lalit Mohan Chandra is also an Advisor at Nuro Technologies and Finite 4.

Lalit Mohan Chandra Bhatt's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Production Engineering from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology from 1992 to 1996. Lalit Mohan Chandra then went on to pursue an M.Tech in Design Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 1998 to 2000. During this time, they also completed an M Tech Project in Design Engg from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
