Jenny Revhaug has had a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jenny began their career as a Markedsassistent/Sales at Cresco Sport, where they sold marketing solutions to the SMB-market. Jenny then moved on to IBM Norway, where they worked as an Engagement Manager/Sales Specialist. At Teller, Jenny served as a Key Account Manager, before joining Capgemini Norway as a Senior Engagement Manager and later as a Service Delivery Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Engagement Manager at Capgemini Norway and is also the Teamlead at Entur AS. Throughout their career, they have focused on delivering business and technology solutions, particularly within the Public Sector and the Finance Sector. Jenny emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and achieving positive results.

Jenny Revhaug completed their Business Administration MSc degree at Linköping University from 1992 to 1997. In 1996, they also attended Audencia as part of their MSc degree, focusing on Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation certification from APMG International in August 2016. Jenny also obtained the ITIL® Intermediate Service Operations and ITIL® Intermediate Continual Service Improvement certifications from PEOPLECERT in April 2016 and December 2015 respectively. In September 2011, they received the ITIL® V3 Foundation Level certification from EXIN. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification, although the institution is not specified, in September 2007.
