Ivan Babić has a diverse work experience in various financial and technical roles. Ivan has been working as a Finance Manager at Entrio since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at HBOR - Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak as an Accounting Expert Associate from November 2016 to May 2021 and as an Accounting Assistant from April 2016 to September 2016. Ivan also worked as a Debt Collector at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. from March 2015 to December 2015. Additionally, Ivan had an internship as a Financial Analyst at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank (Erste Bank Croatia) in 2015. Ivan started their career as a Computer Technician at BiT Ltd. Vinkovci from June 2011 to December 2012.

Ivan Babić has a strong educational background, primarily in the field of economics and management. Ivan obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Accounting Audit and Taxes from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management in the academic years 2015-2016. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree at the same institution, focusing on economics and management, from 2011 to 2015.

Before attending the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, Ivan Babić studied at the Ekonomska i trgovačka škola Ivana Domca in Vinkovci. Their degree here was an oec. degree in Ekonomija, earned between 2007 and 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Ivan Babić has also pursued additional certifications. Ivan completed The Complete Finance Manager Course in 2021, offered by Udemy, and obtained certification as an Independent Accountant from Algebra in December 2019. Furthermore, they achieved a B2 level certification in the English language from Lingua Grupa in June 2019.
