Steph Thomas has extensive experience in operations and production management at GSK since 2016, currently serving as Operations Stage Manager and GPS Practitioner, focusing on continuous improvement through the GSK Production System. Notable roles include Production Team Leader for Oral Solid Dose, where leadership of a team of 18 was key to delivering high-quality medicines and coordinating new product introductions. Steph has also worked as a Respiratory Supply Chain Production Scheduler, managing manufacturing plans and collaborating across functions for successful product launches. Additional experience includes a safety and quality compliance coordination role with The Saltire Foundation, serving as a Brand Ambassador, and earlier positions in customer service and event staffing. Steph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences from the University of Dundee, earned in 2016.
