Jon Bell is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in managing product, design, engineering, and machine learning teams. Currently serving as VP of Product at Flatfile since November 2020, Jon also holds advisory roles and co-foundership positions, including at ·¡²Ô³Ù°ùé±ð and First Round Capital. Previously, Jon was a Product Lead at Netflix and a Product Leader at Mailchimp, where significant contributions were made to enhance marketing automation. As a consultant for Jon Bell Inc., Jon developed innovative product strategies for startups and large corporations alike. Additional experiences include mentorship at BUILT BY GIRLS and fellowships with On Deck, underscoring a commitment to fostering diversity in technology careers. Jon's educational background includes completing a Management Essentials program at Harvard Business School Online in 2017.
