Dustin Loftus MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of People at Entrata, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dustin held leadership positions as VP of People at BioRender from September 2022 to March 2023 and at Podium from August 2018 to August 2022. Dustin's experience also includes serving as Senior HR Director at Ivanti, where management of HR for the Americas and Total Rewards for a global software company was undertaken, playing a key role in three mergers and acquisitions. Additional experience encompasses roles at Qualtrics as People Operations Director, overseeing growth from 400 to 1,300 employees, and at IM Flash in various HR leadership capacities. Earlier career stages involved project management at Intel and consulting at Arthur Andersen & Co. Dustin holds both an MBA and a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University.
