Rich Fehrmann is an experienced professional in application management and technical support, currently serving as the Global Applications Manager at EnTrans International LLC since February 2012, where responsibilities include ERP support for both Serva Group and Heil Trailer. Prior to this role, Rich worked as a Technical Systems Analyst at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, providing support for the Oracle Financial ERP application. Rich also held the position of Financial Applications Manager for Oklahoma County, overseeing Oracle and Kronos applications. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Franklin Electric, where Rich managed IT operations, and as a System Analyst at Rueb Group Ltd. Rich holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma.
