Amanda Ng is an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line, commencing in January 2024, and has been with The Walt Disney Company since March 2019, serving as the Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator for Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. In this role, Amanda leads over 100 Cast Members daily to foster a strong teamwork culture for park operations. Previous roles include an Operations Integration Intern at Disney Cruise Line, where Amanda supported operational enhancements and project management, and a Competition Coordinator responsible for logistics at large-scale events. Amanda's career at The Walt Disney Company began with the Disney College Program and has included experience as a Deep Water Lifeguard, where Amanda developed life-saving skills and training capabilities. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
