Pär Bergström has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1999. Pär began their career as a Software Developer at Timbersoft in 1999, followed by an IT Consultant role at Acando in 2000. From 2002 to 2016, they worked as an IT Consultant at Imano, where they held roles such as Project Manager, System Architect and Developer in various new development and maintenance projects. In 2016, they became an IT Consultant at Tieto, and in 2018 they took on the role of IT Consultant and Team Leader at Consid AB for the IT department of Domstolsverket. In 2019, they became a Senior Software Engineer at both Calabrio, Inc. and Teleopti - A Calabrio Company, where they worked in an agile team using the Lean methodology with a focus on quick adaptability and frequent deliveries to customers. Pär is currently an Integration Architect at Entiros Integrations since 2022.

Pär Bergström studied computer science at Linköping University from 1993 to 1995, and then at Växjö University from 1995 to 1999. Pär also attended Teknikum, Växjö at some point. Pär obtained a Certified Integrator from Entiros Integrations in November 2022 and a Certified Software Architect Microsoft Platform in March 2018.
