Terry Carter, MAOL, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Entira Family Clinics since June 2020. Prior to this role, Terry held the position of Vice President of Operations at Fairview Health Services from October 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included leadership and strategy development across multiple medical specialties. Previous experience includes serving as Director of the Cardiovascular Service Line and Manager of the Heart Center at Regions Hospital, as well as roles at Allina Health, UnitedHealth Group, and the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. Terry possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University.
