Okpidu-Anyebe Grace has a diverse work experience beginning in 2018 as a Lecturer at BSCOA. In 2020, they worked as a Team Assistant/Finance Officer at Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture, where they were responsible for scheduling meetings, checking product quality and deadlines of subordinates, writing reports during field days and stakeholders meetings, managing the Databases back end for the Nigerian Country Team, and ensuring that staff reimbursement claims were attended to and on time every end of the month. In 2021, they worked as an Agronomist/Administrative Assistant at Fruits & Veggies Global Limited, where they were responsible for farmer engagement in contract farming scheme, increasing the company's social media presence through social media marketing, representing the CEO at several stakeholder meetings, and working with the tech team to create official email addresses for staff and website population. Currently, Okpidu-Anyebe Grace is working at both Enthuse as an Operations Assistant and Ginger Promotions UK Ltd as a Brand Ambassador.

Okpidu-Anyebe Grace attended the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics.
