Nelson Cruz holds a Master of Arts in Digital Communication Strategies & Analytics from American University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ohio University. As the Director of Digital Marketing at the Entertainment Software Association since February 2024, Nelson leads a comprehensive digital strategy encompassing web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, while also managing digital analytics and campaign performance. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Digital Content at the Motion Picture Association, where Nelson oversaw social media platforms and produced creative collateral, and as Manager of Social Media & Digital Content at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. Nelson's career also features positions at Universal Service Administrative Co., Palladian Partners, IREX, and Go Gold Fund, contributing expertise in digital content management, vendor relationships, brand management, and marketing campaigns.
