Kathleen Marinelli is an experienced professional in visual merchandising and product development, currently serving as an Assistant Product Developer at Entertainment Retail Enterprises, LLC since April 2023. Previous roles include Visual Merchandiser at Target, where Kathleen enhanced the store's visual presentation to drive sales, and Specialty Sales Team Leader at Target. Kathleen has a strong foundation in retail visual standards gained through experience at Tilly's as an In-Store Visual Merchandiser and as Visual Merchandising Manager at Forever 21, where oversight of merchandising staff contributed to enhanced store performance.
