Mike Geen is an experienced professional in user experience (UX) and customer experience analysis, currently serving as the Manager of UX Evaluation & Recommendations at Enterprise Mobility since January 2013. Prior roles at Enterprise Holdings include managing efforts to optimize customer experiences across business lines and leading teams in UX research for digital products. Previously, Mike worked at Express Scripts, where responsibilities ranged from leading web user experience teams to conducting user research and developing content for various web projects. Mike holds a BA in English from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
