James Callaham has extensive experience in the automotive rental industry, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Excellence at Enterprise Mobility since May 2006. In this role, James oversees all airport brands, including Alamo Rent-A-Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and National car rental, with additional responsibilities for the Group's Car Share business line. Previously, James held various positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from June 1994 to May 2006, including Assistant Vice President of Rental, Group Rental Manager, Area Rental Manager, Branch Manager, and Management Trainee. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Longwood University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
